Thirty minutes a day to keep the doctor away

The Premier, Lara Giddings, today encouraged Tasmanians to find thirty minutes a day for exercise, as she launched a new campaign to tackle health and wellbeing issues caused by physical inactivity.
Led by the Premier’s Physical Activity Council and Sport and Recreation Tasmania, the Find Thirty every day campaign will run for three years until mid-2014. Read more.
