National study into adolescent physical inactivity

Research study.

Victoria University (Melbourne) would like to invite you to be a part of an Australian national study into adolescent physical inactivity and the associated health problem.

You are eligible to complete and submit this online questionnaire if you are the parent or legal guardian of an adolescent whose principle place of residence is in Australia. In this questionnaire, the term ‘adolescents’ refers to minors who are between the ages of 12 and 17 years. This questionnaire is about participation by adolescents in gymnasium-based exercise programs (such as cardiovascular and resistance exercise), and is an important component of this national study.

The questionnaire should take approximately 10 minutes to complete and is available online until 24 November 2012 at 12:00 AM (AEDT).
