Healthy Living Manager – VIC

The Heart Foundation is an independent charity that funds life-saving research, supports health professionals and actively promotes heart health in the community. Our vision is for all Australians is to have the best cardiovascular health in the world, serviced through our federated model, with nine separate companies across each state and territory working together to achieve a national strategic plan.

This newly created position will lead and manage the Victorian Healthy Hearts team to achieve the Heart Foundation’s strategic and operational food supply, nutrition and active living objectives. It will also contribute to the Heart Foundation’s national food supply and active living agenda by representing Victoria on various internal committees and working groups, working closely with the Health and Fundraising management teams of the Victorian Division and with peers and colleagues in Heart Foundation offices across Australia. Through stakeholder management, the role also promotes and influences the uptake of Heart Foundation policies and positions by government, industry, peak bodies, professional associations and academic institutions.
