Refund Policy
Requests for refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis. Payments will be refunded by the same method as presented, (ie, credit card payments will be refunded to the same credit card).
Exercise Professionals’ Registration Program refunds
Requests for a refund of the Regsistration fee must be made in writing within 7 days of the payment date. You will be asked to return your original Registration Certificate and Registration Card prior to the refund being issued. A full refund will be given less $50 administration fee.
Business Membership refunds
Requests for a refund of the Membership fee must be made in writing within 7 days of the payment date. A full refund will be given less $50 administration fee.
Email Alert advertising refunds
Advertisers must give a minimum of 14 days notice prior to the Email Alert publication date to cancel advertising. Cancellations made less than 14 days from the scheduled date will be charged the full service fee. A full refund will be given less $50 administration fee.
Newsletter advertising refunds
Advertisers must give a minimum of 14 days notice prior to the newsletter publication date to cancel advertising. Cancellations made less than 14 days from the scheduled date will be charged the full service fee. A full refund will be given less $50 administration fee.
Website banner advertising refunds
Advertisers must give a minimum of 14 days notice prior to the banner publication date to cancel advertising. Cancellations made less than 14 days from the scheduled date will be charged the full service fee. A full refund will be given less $50 administration fee.
Program Accreditation refunds
Refunds are not available for Program Accrediation payments.
